Murray Greene founded Greene Commercial Real Estate Group in 2003 and currently serves as its President and Chief Operating Officer. His more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate includes portfolios and property types that include office, medical, flex, industrial, retail, mixed-use, hotel, and multi-family high-rise residential.

Murray's extensive experience also includes construction management and numerous court appointments as a receiver for commercial properties. In 2015, his receivership expertise was requested by the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to develop and teach a training course for Circuit Judges being rotated into the foreclosure division on vetting Real Estate Receivers and the qualifications and experience required. Subsequently, Murray has made this training available to other Circuit Courts in Florida.

​Murray is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Georgia. He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) as well as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has been a long-time educator in the commercial real estate industry, as an instructor of the RPA, FMA, and SMA designation programs, as well as numerous seminars & workshops, including educational sessions at the BOMA International Conference, and for both in-person and online sessions for BOMA China. Murray was also selected to help develop and teach the BOMA Building Re-Tuning (BRT) program.

Murray is very active in the commercial real estate industry as a member of BOMA (the Building Owners and Managers Association). He is a Past President of BOMA Miami-Dade, BOMA Florida, and BOMA Southern Region and served on the BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches Board of Directors. He has served on numerous BOMA International Committees and served as chair of the Awards Committee and Education Advisory Council. In January 2019, Murray was selected as the first Chairman of the Board of Managers for the Commercial Real Estate Certification Institute (CRECI), a partnership of BOMA International and BOMI International. Murray concluded his second two-year term as BOMA International Secretary/Treasurer in 2025.

In May of 2012, Murray was selected to join the inaugural class of BOMA Fellows, a group of selected individuals who have displayed exemplary and sustained contributions to commercial real estate, their profession, the community and BOMA at all levels and have continually answered the call to leadership and service throughout their careers.

Murray is considered an expert in commercial real estate management and operations. He has testified, as an expert, in civil litigation and in front of State Legislators and Regulatory Agencies. He has also written many industry related articles which were published in local, national, and international publications.

As a strong communicator and leader, Dave has led teams from a few people to over 100. His strengths include strategic planning, organizational planning & development, along with a focus on communication, teamwork, and team building. Over his career, Dave has overseen all types of properties, including strip retail, malls, office, apartments, land, industrial, distressed assets, and other special-purpose properties, including military-occupied properties with high security clearance levels.​​
