Fasten Your Seatbelts:
Surviving (and Thriving) in the Face of Unprecedented Challenges
(Presentation by Marc Fischer, Dave Hewett and Murray Greene of CRE Receivers Alliance)
In today’s tumultuous CRE market, investors face unprecedented challenges – including liquidity constraints, rising interest rates, falling occupancy rates, and asset pricing dislocations. The pandemic has forever reshaped the CRE terrain. Remote work, empty office spaces, and maturing loans have created a perfect storm. But where there’s turbulence, there’s also potential. Distressed real estate assets are like buried treasure waiting to be unearthed. These undervalued properties offer unique opportunities for savvy investors.
CRERA founding partners Marc Fischer, Murray Greene, and Dave Hewett, recently presented a webinar to provide property and asset managers with strategies to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on distressed assets.
